Plac Zamkowy (Castle Square) is the historic central square of Warsaw in the Śródmieście district, located at the junction of Krakowskie Przedmieście, Senatorska, Podwala, and Świętojańska streets. It forms the eastern frontage of the Royal Castle and marks the starting point of the Royal Route (Trakt Królewski).
